Call for papers

The XXVIIth Congress of the International Arthurian Society, organised under the aegis of Aix-Marseille Université, will be held from 12 to 18 July 2024 in Aix-en-Provence (France).

Papers must correspond to one of the 6 themes of the congress:

1. The reception of Arthurian literature after the Middle Ages
2. Retelling, resuming, repeating
3. The transmission of Arthurian romances: manuscripts, prints and translations
4. History and fiction
5. Arthurian objects
6. Merlin
