Two initiatives

The new international bureau brings to your attention two new initiatives:

 a) the first one comes from our doctoral students and early career researchers, who will organise a forum for discussion and exchange, and a series of online events to enable them to meet each other across branches. 

b) the second one, initiated by Raluca Radulescu, involves setting up and running, first as a pilot, then for the entire society if there is interest, a secondary teachers’ ‘arm’ of the society; these may be active researchers or not, but could become interested in becoming members/are members. This teachers’ section would be established as a working party and have as its aim to further research into the practical field of pedagogy and community events, while encouraging teachers and independent researchers to join the IAS/IAG/SIA.

The society is therefore calling on anyone interested in joining these initiatives!
